people cloud Compack operates as a payroll service provider, not a certified public accounting firm. We calculate and file taxes based on your provided data, but ultimate responsibility for tax compliance rests with your business entity. We strongly recommend quarterly reviews with a qualified CPA.

4. Fees, Payments & Liability Framework
Service fees are billed monthly based on the number of active employees processed during that billing cycle. Fees are automatically charged to your designated payment method on the 1st of each month. If a payroll transaction fails due to insufficient funds, a $50 re-processing fee applies, and service may be suspended until resolution.
"Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service period in which the error occurred. We are not liable for indirect damages, including missed payroll deadlines caused by incorrect client data entry."
people cloud Compack carries professional liability insurance and maintains a reserve fund to cover processing errors. However, if your business suffers a loss due to our demonstrable negligence, our financial responsibility is capped at six (6) months of service fees. This limitation reflects the shared-responsibility nature of payroll processing and the reality that most errors stem from input data rather than calculation algorithms.

Rush processing available only for true emergencies with 24-hour notice.
